Guacamole B.A.T. Brunch Bowl
A delicious brunch has never been this effortless.

250 g streaky bacon
a good drizzle of Westfalia Avocado Oil of your choice
4 English muffins, toasted and sliced open
2-3 large handfuls baby spinach leaves
1 x 200 g tub Westfalia Spicy Guacamole or any flavour in the range
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Place bacon on a baking tray and roast for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Keep warm.
Place tomatoes on another baking tray, drizzle with Westfalia Avocado Oil of your choice and roast for 5-6 minutes or until they just begin to burst.
Serve bacon with tomatoes, toasted English muffins, fresh baby spinach leaves and generous dollops of Westfalia Guacamole.
