Method
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Coat the fish with the seasoned flour and fry until gently browned on both sides (do not cook through). Place the fish in an ovenproof dish and keep to one side while preparing the sauce.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and pour over the fish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with jasmine rice and fine green beans.
