Tandoori Beef Sirloin Kebabs

1 kg beef sirloin, cut into large cubes
3 large cloves garlic, finely crushed
2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
5 Tbsp (75 ml) Tandoori spice or rub
1 C (250 ml) Greek yoghurt
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Rub the sirloin with the garlic and then with the olive oil. Rub the spice into the meat and then mix in the yoghurt, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 3 hours or even overnight.
Braai over hot coals, turning every minute, until browned and lightly crisped.
