Sherry Marinated Boerewors Morsels on a Skewer
Who knew boerewors could taste the way these do! Yum!

Prick the skin of the boerewors several times with the tip of a sharp knife. Place the sausage in a dish and pour the port or sherry over it. Cover and allow to marinate in a cool place (do not refrigerate) overnight.
Grill or braai the sausage to your taste.
