Roasted Broccoli with Sesame Oil
Delicious and simple vegetarian dish that makes a great side or light meal

1 large head broccoli, broken into florets
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1 tsp (5 ml) chilli flakes
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Credé Sesame Oil
1 spring onion, sliced
2 tsp (10 ml) soy sauce
Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Toss the broccoli with the garlic, chilli flakes and sesame oil. Spread the broccoli on a baking tray and roast for 15 minutes. Top the broccoli with the spring onion and drizzle with soy sauce.
Serve warm, as a side dish.
