Pomegranate & Green Tea Slushie
This slushie is quick to make and so deliciously refreshing.

1½ C (375 ml) pomegranate juice
1 Tbsp (15 ml) sugar
2 tea bags green tea
1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
Place ½ C (125 ml) pomegranate juice into a saucepan and add the sugar, green tea bags and bruised lemongrass. Heat until simmering, then remove from the heat and place in the refrigerator to cool completely.
Once the infused pomegranate juice has cooled, pour in the remaining chilled pomegranate juice and stir to combine. Remove the tea bags and lemongrass stalk and discard.
Pre-freeze the inner core of the Zoku® Slush and Shake Maker in the freezer. Remember it can also be stored in the freezer so it is ready to use again.
Remove the inner from the freezer and pour in the green tea- and lemongrass-infused pomegranate juice. Scrape down the sides of the Zoku® Slush and Shake Maker every minute or so, as it begins to freeze. The slushie should be ready after 7 minutes.
