
Easy Gluten-free Peanut Butter Cookies
Everybody loves peanut butter, cookies too!

Ingredients
For the Peanut Butter Cookies
2 cups (500 ml) smooth peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsp (10 ml) bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp (2.5 ml) salt
Method
To Make the Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Mix the peanut butter and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, bicarb and salt. Roll into small balls about the size of a five rand coin (2.5 cm). Make sure there is plenty of space for the balls to spread into biscuit shapes on the baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes until the edges are set.
Let them cool on the baking tray, and then enjoy!
