1½ C (375 ml) full-cream milk

2 cinnamon quills

2 Tbsp (30 ml) condensed milk, plus a little extra for garnish

2 Tbsp (30 ml) crushed coconut biscuits, such as Tennis®

Place the milk into a saucepan and add the cinnamon and condensed milk. Bring to a simmer and then remove from the heat. Leave to cool. For the best results, refrigerate overnight to infuse the milk with the cinnamon. If you’re in a hurry, refrigerate only until the milk is chilled.

Pre-freeze the inner core of the Zoku® Slush and Shake Maker in the freezer. Remember it can also be stored in the freezer so it is ready to use again. Remove the inner core of the Zoku® Slush and Shake Maker from the freezer and pour in the chilled cinnamon infused milk. Scrape down the sides of the Zoku® Slush and Shake Maker every minute or so, as it begins to freeze. After 7 minutes you should have a slushie.

Just before serving, sprinkle the top with crushed coconut biscuits and an extra drizzle of condensed milk. Serve immediately.
