Lasagne is the perfect dinner idea for any night of the week.

butter, for greasing
4/5 C (200 ml) ready-made Bolognese sauce (see Traditional Spaghetti Bolognese recipe)
2 fresh lasagne sheets
2/5 C (100 ml) ready-made cheese sauce (I use Pick ’n Pay’s fresh cheese sauce)
Parmesan cheese, for topping
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease an individual ramekin with a little butter.
Layer the Bolognese sauce, lasagne sheets and cheese sauce in two alternating layers, ending with a good lashing of cheese sauce. Top with a little grated Parmesan and bake for 30–40 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the lasagne is golden brown.
Serve immediately with a fresh garden salad.
