
Kale Chips
These kale chips are a healthy alternative to regular chips and make a great snack.

Ingredients
300 g kale
olive oil for drizzling
Maldon sea salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
Remove the rib and stems from the kale. Wash the leaves thoroughly and pat dry completely.
Drizzle the kale with olive oil and massage to coat evenly. This is an important step as you don’t want the leaves to be drenched in oil, but you need the leaves to be coated in all the nooks and crannies.
Place onto an oven tray in a single layer and then place into the oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes has passed, remove from the oven and toss gently.
Return the tray to the oven and bake for a further 5 – 10 minutes or until crispy.
Once out of the oven season with salt and serve.
