Iced Green Tea
Catechins are powerful antioxidants which occur in abundance in green tea. Adding some Vitamin C, in the form of cranberry juice, increases the rate of absorption of these antiviral catechins.

Ingredients
2 C (500 ml) boiling water
20 g good quality loose leaf green tea
1/2 C (125 ml) unsweetened cranberry juice
Agave syrup to taste
Method
Boil the water and leave to stand for 3 minutes before pouring over the tea leaves. The water should be between 70 °C and 80 °C. (If the water is too hot, the tea will become bitter.) Steep the green tea in the water for 2 minutes. Strain and allow to cool.
Stir in the cranberry juice and agave syrup to taste. Serve over ice .
