Kiwi fruit is an excellent source of vitamin C – even more than oranges! They are also a rich source of potassium and omega-3 fatty acids (found in the seeds). These little powerhouse fruits are great for adding sweetness to a green juice.

Ingredients
3 kiwis, peeled
1 stick celery
1 apple
½ lemon
2-3 chunks of pineapple
optional – add a small piece of ginger
Method
Juice all of the ingredients together and enjoy over crushed ice.
