Healthy Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
400 g can chickpeas, drained
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 C (125 ml) tahini (sesame paste)
100 ml flaxseed oil
1 Tbsp (15 ml) chia seeds
salt to taste
dash of paprika
dash of cayenne pepper
Method
Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and blend until the mixture forms a smooth purée.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkling of paprika. Store in sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
