
Grilled Kebabs

Ingredients
Grilled Kebabs
500g lamb or beef steaks, or chicken, pork or fish fillets, or a mix, cut into fairly large cubes
250g cubes of pumpkin, or thickly sliced sweet peppers or courgettes, or a mix
thin bamboo skewers
lemon wedges, for serving
Marinade
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
salt and milled pepper, to taste
4 tbsp olive oil
Method
Mix together the ingredients for the marinade.
Marinate your meat or chicken or fish choices for an hour or two.
At the same time soak the skewers in water to prevent catching.
Thread a piece of meat and a vegetable cube or slice onto each skewer.
Arrange on a grill pan and slide under a preheated grill. Grill for a few minutes until nicely browned and just cooked.
Serve with lemon wedges and dips
