Ingredients
1 C (250 ml) apple juice
1 pear, cored and sliced
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 C fresh spinach, chopped
1 tsp (5 ml) ground cinnamon
10 mint leaves
4 ice cubes
Method
Cinnamon, apples, and pears are blended with spinach for a quick, on-the-go breakfast smoothie.
Pour the apple juice into a blender.
Add the pear, apple, spinach, cinnamon, mint and ice, in that order. Cover the blender and blend until smooth.
