Frozen Yoghurt & Nut Butter Pops
Not only do these ice cream pops look adorable, but they are so easy to make and taste utterly divine.

225 g (1 ½ tubs) Fairview Full Fat Yoghurt
¼ C (60 ml) pure almond or macadamia nut butter
seeds from ½ a vanilla pod
liquid stevia to sweeten
Whisk all of the ingredients together and sweeten the mixture with a drop or two of liquid stevia. Fill a normal cake pop mould with the mixture and insert the cake pop sticks. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Tip: Normally you would only fill one half of the cake pop mould when baking actual cake pops (as they would rise), but because this mixture is so thick and no baking is required, you can fill both halves of the cake pop mould and then secure them together, adding in the popsicle sticks and freezing as you would normally do with ice lollies.
