
Frozen Chocolate Bites
This is a high-fat, low-carb treat for those days when you just need a bit of chocolate.

Ingredients
1 C (250 ml) fresh cream
1 tub (250 g) plain cream cheese, at room temperature
3 Tbsp (45 ml) cocoa powder
¼ C (60 ml) honey, or sweeten to taste with your sweetener of choice (stevia, erythritol, etc)
Method
Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and heat gently over low heat for 5 minutes.
Stir until all the ingredients have melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into small silicone moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Once unmoulded, serve the bite on a skewer or just as it is.
TIP: You can replace the cream with coconut cream for a lighter alternative.
