Faithful ginger snaps
If you are into ginger biscuits this recipe is for you and it wont take a diploma in cooking to do.

Preheat oven to 180C.
On a high speed, blend the butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in the egg and add the syrup.
Add the sifted dry ingredients and milk and knead into a firm dough.
Place teaspoonfuls of the dough in the palm of your hand and roll into balls. Place on a greased baking sheet and press down slightly with a fork.
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes.
