Easy Mulled Wine
Mulled wine is a winter favourite so try this easy recipe.

Ingredients
1 bottle of Pinotage (or preferred wine of choice)
50 ml of brandy
2 star anise pods
1 long strip of lemon or orange peel
2 Tbsp )30 ml) sugar
2 cinnamon sticks

Method
Add all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat until warm (do not boil). Remove from heat and let the ingredients stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
To Serve
Best served in mugs garnished with cinnamon sticks.
