Ingredients
a bunch of fresh spearmint, peppermint or even chocolate mint leaves
250 ml boiling water
organic honey to taste (optional)
Method
To make your own fresh mint teat, lightly wash a few fresh leaves – spearmint, peppermint, or even chocolate mint (yum!) will do.
You can use a metal tea ball, a teapot fitted with a loose leaf holder or even a French press, if you have one, to brew your tea.
Add boiling water to a cup or your French press and allow to steep to taste (around 3-6 minutes). You can remove the tea ball or pour your tea when you have reached a taste that you are happy with. If you prefer your drinks a little sweeter, add a small blob of organic honey. Drink and enjoy.
