Serve these yummy garlic chicken strips with lemon wedges, coleslaw and fries.

  • 2 c (500 ml) fresh breadcrumbs
  • ½ C (125 ml) chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and milled black pepper
  • 6 free-range chicken breast fillets, cut into finger length strips
  • 125 g garlic butter, melted


  • Preheat the oven to 220 °C and grease a baking tray.

Combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Dip the chicken pieces into the melted garlic butter and then into the breadcrumbs. Place on the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges, coleslaw and fries.
