Creamy Baked Asparagus Recipe
A mouth-watering vegetarian creamy asparagus bake. Delish!

Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
Wash the asparagus well and pat dry. Lay them flat in a single layer in an oven dish. Combine the cream, wine, egg, cheese, parsley and cornflour. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour the mixture over the asparagus. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve as a starter or as an accompaniment to a main meal.
