Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Hazelnut Phyllo Cigars
A sophisticated chocolate and peanut butter affair! Makes a great gift for a guy or gal with a sweet tooth!

4 sheets Mediterranean Delicacies phyllo pastry
½ cup (125 ml) Nutella® or any other chocolate spread
½ cup (125 ml) peanut butter
50 g hazelnuts, toasted and finely chopped
icing sugar to dust
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a baking tray.
Cut each phyllo sheet into 8 rectangles, giving you 32 in total. Lightly butter each rectangle and spoon 1 tsp (5 ml) of Nutella® across the bottom edge of the long side of each pastry.
Spoon 1 tsp (5 ml) peanut butter on top of the Nutella® and sprinkle lightly with hazelnuts.
Fold the two short sides of the pastry over the filling to enclose and tightly roll into a cigar shape.
Repeat with the remaining phyllo rectangles and place onto the prepared baking tray. Lightly brush with a little more melted butter and bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden brown and crisp.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before dusting generously with icing sugar.
Serve with coffee.
