Chia Seed Bites
Tuck into these deliciously more-ish bites to keep you going throughout the day.

1 C (150 g) packed dates, pitted
3 Tbsp crunchy peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
4 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
ground cinnamon, to taste
Process the dates in a food processor (for about 1 minute) until the dates have been reduced to small pieces. The mixture should be ‘dough-like’.
In a medium bowl, mix the date paste together with the chia seeds, the peanut butter, the chocolate chips and the ground cinnamon.
Form balls of dough about 3 cm in diameter by rolling in your hands, place on a baking paper lined pan and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to harden.
