Buffalo Chicken Wings
Everybody loves chicken wings. Yum!

Ingredients
¼ cup (65 g) butter
¼ cup (65 ml) red hot sauce
½ tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) paprika
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) cayenne pepper
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) salt
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) black pepper
½ cup (70 g) cake flour
Vegetable oil for deep frying
10 chicken wings
Method
In a small saucepan set over moderate heat, melt together the butter and hot sauce. Keep warm.
Mix the garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper
and flour together.
Dust the chicken wings with the flavoured flour. Shake off the excess.
Deep fry the chicken in very hot oil until crispy and the wing tips are nicely browned.
Toss the chicken and hot butter sauce together until the chicken is well coated.
Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery and carrot sticks
