Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie
Peanut butter and banana are a great combination for a breakfast booster.

1 frozen banana, cut into chunks (freeze by wrapping in plastic wrap and placing in the freezer)
1 tsp (5 ml) peanut butter
3–4 ice cubes
1/2 C (125 ml) cold milk
2–3 Tbsp (30–45 ml) honey
Purée the frozen banana in a blender, processing for about 30 seconds. Add the peanut butter and process again. Now add the ice cubes and process until some of them are crushed. Finally, add the milk and honey, process until smooth and pour into a tall glass to enjoy.
