These easy, three-ingredient-only poppers will ensure no time at all is spent away from drinking beer and laughter.

12 jalapeño chillies (or a mix of jalapeños and pimentos for guests who can’t handle their chillies)
1 ball buffalo mozzarella, cut into pieces small enough to fit into the chillies
1 packet streaky bacon
Cut a slit lengthwise into each chilli. Scrape out the seeds (leaving a few in for heat).
Fill with a piece of mozzarella.
Wrap each chilli with one rasher of bacon. Hold the bacon in place with a toothpick. Grill in a pre-heated hot grill pan until the cheese has melted, the chilli is blistering and the bacon is crispy.
