Singularity, heritage, innovation, variety and commitment come together seamlessly with each Linton Park vintage.

The grapes for each wine are selected by hand from single-vineyard blocks located on different altitudes of the Groenberg Mountain. The vineyards on the higher slopes in particular benefit from a cool, moist climate and ample sunshine for optimal ripening.

Chosen for their pronounced flavour and structure, the grapes are sorted by hand and gently pressed. All three wines are matured in fine-grain French oak for 12 months after which the very best barrels are matured for a further 12 months in older barrels.

Tasting Notes: rich and full-bodied with a generous core of dark berry fruit. A well-balanced wine with firm tannins. Luscious, smooth texture with evocative spice from French oak ageing on the aftertaste. Serve between 15 – 16 0C for best results and can cellar for 5 – 7 years.
