The Fat Bastard Pinot Noir Rosé, made from carefully selected grapes grown in limestone rich soils, were gently cold-pressed to extract the lovely salmon pink colour. Enticing ripe sweet strawberry and watermelon aromas wrapped in floral overtones follow on to a creamy palate filled with fresh summer berries, ending on a zippy note. This is a wine to be enjoyed well chilled, on any sunny day.
