This farm has one of the most beautiful views over the Constantia vineyards and, on a clear day, the Hottentots Holland mountains of Somerset West can be seen on the other side of the false bay.

This is the first Sauvignon Blanc made on the farm and the grapes were sourced from two coastal vineyard sites especially chosen for their ability to produce world-class Sauvignon Blanc. Who can get through summer without a great bottle of Sauvignon Blanc on a hot day?

On the nose: this wine shows primary flavours of passion-fruit, pineapple and guavas.

On the palate:  fresh, with a lively acidity and the tropical fruit aromas carrying through. The soft, elegant mouth-feel and focused acidity suggest this wine could be ideally paired with sushi or any fresh grilled fish
