This is the first Sauvignon Blanc made on the farm and the grapes were sourced from two coastal vineyard sites especially chosen for their ability to produce world-class Sauvignon Blanc. Who can get through summer without a great bottle of Sauvignon Blanc on a hot day?
On the nose: this wine shows primary flavours of passion-fruit, pineapple and guavas.
On the palate: fresh, with a lively acidity and the tropical fruit aromas carrying through. The soft, elegant mouth-feel and focused acidity suggest this wine could be ideally paired with sushi or any fresh grilled fish
