Since 1707, our family have always believed in respecting the land and the people that farm the land. Over time, we have grown to be a leading producer of Fairtrade wine from South Africa, devoted to responsible handcrafted wine.

With one of the pre-eminent vine nurseries in the southern hemisphere and 3 different growing regions from which to cultivate their blends like the Bosman Family Vineyards Fides, the Bosman Family have unrivalled access, knowledge, and expertise when it comes to crafting their wines.

A strict selection process in the vineyard and the cellar means that only the top 5% of the total harvest is used for production. While historic vines offer distinct vintages, a thriving vine garden allows for constant innovation and the perfect blend of old and new.

The Bosman Family Vineyards Fides wine is a Grenache Blanc; the grapes were planted on decomposed granite soils What resulted was a wine with a beautiful natural texture, a fine tannin backbone, which added a very distinct dimension to the wine.

Tasting Notes
On the nose
dried orange peel, which provides a refreshing citrus aroma. In combination with marzipan, it adds a delightful dose of sweetness to the fragrance.

On the palate
Subtle spiciness which follows through on the palate. In terms of flavour, it borders on being peppery and finishes off with a brisk minerality.
