Bosman Family Vineyards is located on the outskirts of Wellington towards Bainskloof. They are a leading producer of Fairtrade wine from South Africa and are devoted to creating responsible handcrafted wine. In the case of this Bosman Bo-Vallei, punch downs and aerated pump-overs are used to extract the goodness of the grapes during fermentation. During maturation, 20% of the Bo-Vallei is in contact with French oak for an added touch of mocha.
