Poptails
25 ml gin
25 ml Campari
25 ml dry vermouth
150 ml orange/ naartjie juice, freshly squeezed and strained

popsicle mould and sticks

To serve
sparkling wine
orange/naartjie peel, removed with a vegetable peeler

 

Poptails
Stir the together the poptail ingredients. Mix well and check the flavour.

Place into popsicle moulds of your choice. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. 

To Serve
Remove the lollies from their moulds, allow to defrost slightly before if you are struggling. Place in a glass suited to the size of the lolly and top up with sparkling wine. Add a piece of orange or naartjie peel and serve.
