Hot & Sour Soup
A quick and easy Asian soup that is 100% vegetarian. This dish is full of nutrition and simply delicious.

2 C (500 ml) vegetable stock
¼ C (60 ml) rice vinegar
¼ C (60 ml) Soy sauce
1 Tbsp (15 ml) ginger, finely grated
1 tsp (5 ml) garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp (15 ml) sweet chilli sauce
1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
300 g (1 packet) Quorn Soy-free, Meat-free Chicken Style Pieces
500 g (1 packet) Findus Wok Chinese
micro herbs, for garnish
Place the vegetable stock, vinegar, Soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sweet chilli sauce in a medium sized saucepan and bring up to a boil. Cover and allow to simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Heat a wok until hot and add the oil. Stir-fry the Quorn Soy-free, Meat-free Chicken Style Pieces for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. Lightly season and add to the warm soup. Add the Findus Wok Chinese to the hot wok and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Once cooked, add to the soup. Ladle into serving bowls and garnish with micro herbs.
TIP: This soup is not too spicy, but if you prefer more heat then simply add one finely chopped chilli to the soup when adding the other aromatics.
