Easy Corn Salsa with Peppadew® Jalapeno & Ginger Relish
This salsa is super easy to make, throw together for impromptu guest.

2 ripe tomatoes, finely diced
1 mielie, corn sliced from the cob
1 small (or ½ medium) red onion, finely chopped
a handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
½ cup Peppadew® Jalapeno & Ginger Relish
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
150-300 g tortilla chips, to serve
250 ml sour cream, to serve
In a medium sized bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, sliced corn, chopped red onion, chopped coriander and Peppadew ® relish. Season with salt & pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream.
