Ingredients
1/2 of 1 ripe avocado, peeled
200 ml coconut milk
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract (optional)
1 – 2 tsp (5-10ml) honey, or more or less to taste
pinch of sea salt
Method
Combine the ingredients in the cup of a NutriBullet or blender and blend until smooth.
