We’re almost midway through January and if your New Year’s resolutions are still standing, then you are doing well. For most, a commitment to being healthy is one of the first resolutions made, and it is also one of the easiest to break. To help keep you motivated we’ve chosen some of our favourite recipes to keep you on the wagon and to inspire you to eat food that is not only good for you, but tastes delicious too.

Asian Steak Salad

If you mention salad as a meal to a hungry man, he may go running in the opposite direction, but not with this beefed up version. With punchy Asian flavours and plenty of fresh veggies it’s a surefire win. GET THE RECIPE

Avocado Oil Hummus 

Make your hummus at home so that you know exactly what goes into it. Use avocado oil to make it even more nutritious. Serve with healthy crudite for a tasty snack. Note: if you find raw garlic to smelly to snack on during the day, try roasting your garlic beforehand, it adds a wonderful caremelised flavour and mellows out the sharpness. GET THE RECIPE
