Enjoy the last days of Summer with KWV Seasonal Salad
It’s summertime and the living is easy with this delicious Chenin paired with cilantro and lime chicken breast salad from TV personality and well-known chef, Mynhardt Joubert. It’s quick and easy to prepare, cost effective and uses seasonal ingredients. For extra flavour, Joubert suggests marinating the chicken a day in advance. You can also make this recipe your own, by adding any extra seasonal fruit.
With its fresh upfront palate and enduring finish, the modern-styled KWV Classic Chenin Blanc pairs really well with the fresh taste of the cilantro and lime. Serve the Chenin Blanc chilled and partner with this dish for crisp, fresh Summer flavours.
