Bosman Family Vineyards Fides
This wine is a Grenache Blanc; the grapes were planted on decomposed granite soils What resulted was a wine with a beautiful natural texture, a fine tannin backbone, which added a very distinct dimension to the wine.
On the nose: dried orange peel, which provides a refreshing citrus aroma. In combination with marzipan, it adds a delightful dose of sweetness to the fragrance.
On the palate: subtle spiciness which follows through on the palate. In terms of flavour, it borders on being peppery and finishes off with a brisk minerality.
